Complete Renovation of an Old Family House

Full reconstruction of a derelict property transformed into a modern, low-energy home

This project involved a complete overhaul of a structurally deteriorated house, originally considered for demolition. After a technical assessment, the team decided on comprehensive reconstruction, preserving the original footprint while transforming the building into a comfortable modern home.

Works included foundation reinforcement, wall damp-proofing, and full replacement of all utility systems – electricity, plumbing, sewage, and heating. The façade was upgraded with a grey EPS thermal insulation system and a new decorative finish.

Inside, the house received new plastering, flooring, tiles, and sanitary equipment, along with landscaping and fencing works.

The project was delivered as a turnkey solution, ready for immediate occupation upon completion.
