Facade Insulation and Interior Modernization

This project involved a complete thermal insulation of the exterior facade of a family house, including a new decorative finish with a fine-grain texture. The original plaster was repaired, reinforced with a base coat and fibreglass mesh, and completed with a modern white silicone render providing long-term durability and excellent weather resistance. The result is a refreshed, modern appearance that enhances both the home’s energy performance and visual appeal.

As part of the renovation, the kitchen and living area were modernized, featuring the installation of new large-format ceramic floor tiles with precise levelling to ensure a perfect finish. These interior upgrades contribute to greater comfort and improved energy efficiency throughout the home.

Additional work included repairs to interior structures and surface finishes in the garage area, improving both functionality and aesthetics. The completed renovation reflects a clean, contemporary look that meets today’s standards for energy-efficient and sustainable housing.
