Unique architectural design with cantilevered upper floor and high structural precision
This project represents a custom-designed family villa combining monolithic reinforced concrete elements with load-bearing walls made of SANDVIX calcium-silicate bricks, designed to achieve excellent structural integrity and energy performance. The main architectural feature is the cantilevered second floor, engineered without additional vertical supports, demonstrating a high level of structural sophistication.
The house is built on a reinforced concrete foundation slab with XPS thermal insulation, followed by SANDVIX masonry walls and monolithic ceilings. The facade features a contact insulation system with a white textured plaster finish, complemented by aluminum triple-glazed windows and external shading systems.
The villa was completed as a turnkey low-energy home, equipped with mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, underfloor heating, and a fully finished interior including a custom-made kitchen, bathrooms, and design flooring.
