Modern prefabricated wooden house built to a high energy-efficient standard

The project represents a new timber frame construction realized in cooperation with RD Rýmařov in the Prague-Strašnice area. The prefabricated wooden panels were assembled on site with precision, ensuring rapid construction and high quality of execution.

The building features a lightweight wooden structure with excellent thermal performance, complemented by modern façade insulation, high-quality windows, and interior finishes including plasterboard walls and laminate flooring.

This modern family home meets the low-energy housing standard, providing an optimal balance of efficiency, comfort, and aesthetic appeal in a contemporary architectural design.
