The project involved a complete thermal insulation of a two-generation detached house, focusing on the entire building envelope. The work included the installation of EPS façade insulation, detailing of the roof joints and plinth areas, and finishing around window reveals and flashings.
The renovation significantly reduced the building’s heat loss, improved indoor comfort, and lowered heating costs. The project also included the complete preparation and submission of the subsidy application under the New Green Savings (Nová zelená úsporám) program, securing financial support for the homeowner.
