New Family House – Prefabricated Timber Construction

Complete Turnkey Delivery Including Foundation Slab and Handover to the Client

This project showcases a modern newly built family home constructed as a prefabricated timber-frame house. The delivery included the foundation slab, full exterior cladding system, and a silicone-based render finish. The building features clean, minimalist architecture with a gable roof and thoughtfully positioned windows that provide plenty of natural light throughout the interior.

Inside, the home is equipped with a hydronic underfloor heating system integrated into a thermally insulated base made of polystyrene panels and aluminum heat distribution plates for optimal energy performance. Interior partitions were completed using drywall panels with a metal substructure, ensuring precision and a clean finish.

The project was carried out as a complete turnkey delivery, covering all stages of construction — from site preparation and foundation work to structural assembly, installation of mechanical and electrical systems, interior finishing, and final client handover.

The result is an energy-efficient family home with a modern design, meeting today’s standards for quality, comfort, and sustainable living.
