This project features the construction of a modern hillside villa that combines advanced engineering precision with a hybrid structural concept. The building integrates a steel frame skeleton for superior load-bearing capacity and rigidity, combined with timber panel wall systems forming the envelope and interior partitions.

Due to the steep slope of the site, the project required specialized hillside foundation work, including a terraced retaining wall system and groundwater drainage, ensuring long-term structural stability and protection against moisture.
