ALEX House – European Style
ALEX is a two-storey energy-efficient prefab wood home with a double garage, technical room and terraces. It offers flexible interiors, smart-home features and optional renewable-energy technologies.
The ALEX home is a modern two-storey family residence offering 2 687 sqft of usable living space, complemented by a spacious double garage, a dedicated technical room for building technologies and two terraces located at the front and rear of the house.
Its structural system is based on high-precision prefabricated insulated wood-frame panels that ensure long-term stability, excellent energy performance and a fast construction process.
Windows are available in PVC, wood or aluminium frames, equipped with triple glazing to deliver superior thermal resistance and acoustic comfort. The floor structure between levels is insulated with impact-sound insulation and mineral wool, significantly reducing noise transmission and enhancing overall living comfort.
The design concept follows modern sustainability principles, using fully recyclable materials such as wood, metal, stone and glass. The home meets the criteria for a low-energy building; with the installation of heat-recovery ventilation and suitable system configuration, it can even achieve passive-house standards, ensuring minimal energy consumption and stable indoor temperatures year-round.
ALEX can be equipped with a complete smart-home control system based on the LOXONE platform, enabling remote management of heating, ventilation, lighting and security. Automated shading prevents overheating during the summer months, providing a higher level of comfort without unnecessary energy use.
The layout is suitable for a family of four or more, thanks to multiple bathrooms, spacious living areas and the option to include a small home fitness room. The precision of the prefabricated panel system ensures high load-bearing capacity for snow loads and interior equipment while maintaining exceptional construction accuracy.
