ARNI Home – Canadian design

ARNI is a modern two-storey Canadian-style home with a garage, terraces, stone-and-wood exterior accents, and an energy-efficient prefabricated structure.

The ARNI residence is a modern new-build concept inspired by contemporary Canadian architecture, enriched with natural materials and spacious interior planning. With 2,757.2 sqft of usable living space across two full storeys, the home includes a garage, a dedicated mechanical room, and front and rear terraces. The interior can be fully customized, including the integration of renewable-energy technologies.

The structure is built from highly precise insulated prefabricated timber panels, ensuring excellent thermal performance, durability, and a streamlined construction process. The exterior showcases a sophisticated combination of stone cladding and wooden elements, which can be arranged or colour-matched according to individual preferences. This allows the ARNI home to present either a natural, earthy character or a clean, modern architectural expression.

The surrounding property can be enhanced with a garden inspired by Canadian landscaping traditions—featuring flowerbeds, rock formations, a swimming pool, and a social area with seating and a grill. This creates a seamless connection between the home and its outdoor environment.

Large glazed surfaces provide abundant natural light and a bright, open interior atmosphere. The home is equipped with aluminium-framed windows with triple glazing for superior insulation and acoustic comfort. Covered terraces and modern shading elements contribute to year-round outdoor usability and protect the façade from direct weather exposure.

Between-storey floor structures are insulated with impact-sound materials and mineral wool to maintain acoustic privacy and comfort. The prefabricated system is engineered to handle high snow loads and additional interior equipment, ensuring reliability in demanding conditions.

Designed as a low-energy building, ARNI can reach passive-house performance when combined with a heat-recovery ventilation system. This ensures minimal operational energy requirements and sustainable long-term costs.

All building technologies can be integrated into the LOXONE smart-home system, enabling full remote management of heating, ventilation, lighting, security, and shading. Automated summer shading prevents unnecessary heat gain, creating a stable and comfortable indoor climate.

The floor plan is ideal for families of four or more, offering multiple bathrooms, generous living spaces, and the option to include a home fitness room, office, or additional leisure areas. Thanks to adaptable prefabricated construction, the layout and materials can be customized extensively within client modifications.

ARNI represents a harmonious blend of Canadian-inspired design, natural materials, smart technologies, and long-term energy efficiency—an excellent choice for clients seeking a refined and modern family home.
