The GOLA residence is a contemporary single-storey home that blends classic Canadian character with refined European exterior finishes. With 1,750 sqft of functional living space, the home includes a spacious garage, a dedicated technical room for mechanical systems, and terraces at both the front and rear of the house, creating a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living.

The structure is composed of insulated prefabricated timber panels, providing excellent energy performance, precision manufacturing, and long-term durability. The façade can be clad in decorative slate, natural stone, wood, or any combination of these materials, allowing the homeowner to tailor the home’s appearance to a more traditional rustic look or a clean modern aesthetic.

The exterior can be further enhanced with a Canadian-style landscaped garden featuring flower beds, rock formations, natural greenery, and optional additions such as a swimming pool or an outdoor social area with a grill. This creates a harmonious outdoor environment that supports both relaxation and family gatherings.

Windows are available in aluminium, wood, or PVC, all fitted with triple glazing to ensure superior thermal insulation and acoustic comfort. Thanks to its optimized energy concept, the home maintains very low operating costs.

All building systems can be integrated into the LOXONE smart-home platform, enabling full remote control of heating, ventilation, lighting, security, and automated shading. In summer, automatic shading prevents excessive heat gain and maintains comfortable indoor temperatures.

The layout is ideal for a family of four, offering generous living spaces, multiple functional rooms, and the ability to create additional spaces such as a small fitness area, office, or hobby room. The prefabricated panel construction ensures exceptional accuracy and structural capacity, supporting both heavier interior equipment and regions with higher snow loads.
