GOLA Home – European modern

The GOLA residence is a modern single-storey family home inspired by classic Canadian architecture, characterized by its combination of decorative brick cladding and natural stone. With 1,750 sqft of usable living space, the home provides comfortable one-level living complemented by a garage, a dedicated technical room, and terraces on both the front and rear sides of the house.

The structure is built from insulated prefabricated timber panels, offering exceptional precision, fast assembly, and excellent thermal performance. The exterior can be customized with brick, stone, or wood cladding—or a combination of these materials—to achieve either a traditional Canadian look or a more contemporary design expression.

The outdoor environment can be further enhanced with a landscaped garden in the Canadian style, featuring flower beds, rock gardens, or even a swimming pool and a dedicated social area with seating and a grill. These elements help create a cohesive and inviting living space that connects the home to its natural surroundings.

Large glazed surfaces maximize natural light and contribute to a bright, comfortable interior atmosphere. Windows can be installed in aluminium, wood, or PVC, all equipped with triple glazing to ensure excellent insulation and acoustic comfort. Covered entryways and extended terrace roofing add practicality by protecting outdoor spaces from weather exposure.

Designed as a low-energy home, GOLA can achieve passive-house standards when paired with a heat-recovery ventilation system. The construction uses fully recyclable materials such as wood, stone, metal, and glass, ensuring long-term sustainability and reduced operational costs.

All systems can be integrated into the LOXONE smart-home platform, allowing full remote control of heating, ventilation, lighting, security, and automated shading. In summer, the shading system prevents excessive heat buildup and maintains a pleasant indoor climate.
