My name is Luděk Kotík, and although I originally studied communication and marketing, my career quickly shifted toward the family business led by Luděk Lošťák. I joined the company at the age of twenty-one and have been part of it ever since. Over the years, I have specialised in assessing the technical condition of buildings, preparing regeneration and renovation projects within grant programmes, and carrying out energy audits and assessments.
I am also the managing director and owner of ZERO Living, a company focused on the installation of renewable energy technologies, particularly for residential and apartment buildings. My work is grounded in a systematic approach, precision, and thorough preparation of every task. My aim is to deliver detailed, high-quality solutions that meet the highest standards and offer clients long-term value.
